More importantly, she discovers she may have inherited the power to heal with a touch.
With mostly unhelpful advice from a fairy trapped in feline form, she struggles to find answers to her questions about magic and new powers. To make matters worse she is haunted and hunted by dark creatures that want the secret to her new healing power. The power will be inaccessible, however, if Lizzy cannot heal her own traumatic emotional wounds.
